When you deny what your body needs, simply because it is within the rules of this new diet you are trying out, you’re setting yourself up for failure.
Some diets have you cutting out fats or carbs entirely. After long enough, you will be needed those fats or carbs and likely end up going back to what is comfortable which can cause you to gain back the weight you lost from cutting them out. This is called yoyo dieting.
